The Lab does not have a capsule that is wheelchair accessible. However, you are welcome to book your capsule at our second location capsule hotel – chapter lucerne. We have a wheelchair-accessible capsule there.

Please note that we will then charge CHF 25 for special cleaning.

The alpine garden is located directly at Zurich Airport, opposite Swiss Check-in 1. The hotel is located outside of the security checkpoint, but still in the middle of the airport. Just follow the signs to the hotels and look out for the capsule hotel sign. You can find the detailed route here.

For guests seeking privacy, we offer two dormitories and four capsule rooms exclusively for women. All other shared or capsule rooms are mixed, ensuring a dynamic social atmosphere. Additionally, each room is equipped with a sink for added convenience.

At alpine garden, you will find 8 capsule rooms with between 12 and 26 capsules. 6 rooms are mixed and 2 rooms are reserved exclusively for women. The bathrooms are located outside the capsule rooms and are separated by gender to ensure privacy and comfort. Each capsule is modernly equipped to make you feel at home.

At The Lab, we focus on mental fitness and creative input, so we do not have a gym. But don’t worry, the city offers plenty of opportunities to stay active! You can find our recommendations directly in The Lab.

Currently, there is no gym at Hyve. We recommend exploring the surrounding area—it’s also a great way to stay active!

Good news for fitness enthusiasts! We are currently building a brand new fitness room in alpine garden. Very soon, you will be able to train and stay fit right here with us. You can also take advantage of Airport Fitness and purchase your day pass for CHF 19 with one of the hosts.

There is no gym directly at chapter lucerne, but don’t worry, you will find La Suite Gym on the ground floor of our building. Perfect for anyone who doesn’t want to miss their workout while traveling!

Unfortunately, we do not have a parking lot at The Lab itself, but don’t worry—your vehicle doesn’t have to sleep on the street! Right next door, you will find the Parkhaus Kesselturm where you can park your car safely. So, if your vehicle also needs a cozy night, now you know where to take it!
