Capsule Hotel has been operating since 2018. What started as an experiment in Lucerne is now a group of five properties across Switzerland and Copenhagen, with more in the pipeline. Every one of them was funded the same way: by people who believed in the concept and wanted a stake in it.

At Capsule Hotel Zurich Airport, shares were priced at CHF 4,200 when the hotel opened in 2020. By 2021 the price had risen to CHF 4,700. By 2023 it had reached CHF 5,300, and by 2025 CHF 5,700. Total return on share value: 35.7%.
Lucerne Old Town
Total return on share value: 36.3%
At Capsule Hotel Lucerne Old Town, shares opened at CHF 3,300 in 2023. By mid-2024 the price had moved to CHF 3,600, then CHF 4,200 by end of year, and CHF 4,500 by 2025. Total return on share value: 36.3%.
These are real numbers from operating hotels. The share price increases as the hotel opens, proves itself, and the risk profile changes. Dividends are separate and come on top.

WHAT BENEFITS DO SHAREHOLDERS RECEIVE?
Shareholders receive dividend rights, voting rights at the annual general meeting, and two complimentary overnight stays per year at any Capsule Hotel location across Zurich, Lucerne, Basel and Copenhagen.
What is the minimum investment?
One share. Currently CHF 5,700 at Zurich Airport and CHF 4,500 at Lucerne Old Town. Prices for new projects are confirmed at launch.
How many shares exist in total?
Capsule Hotel Zurich Airport (Alpine Garden AG, CHE-231.105.908) has 2,440 outstanding equity instruments: 2,017 registered shares and 423 participation certificates. Capsule Hotel Lucerne Old Town (Capsule Hotel Chapter Lucerne AG, CHE-255.604.013) has 1,013 outstanding equity instruments: 971 registered shares and 42 participation certificates.
Do shares have voting rights?
Yes. Registered shares include full voting rights and participation in shareholder decisions.
ARE DIVIDENDS PLANNED?
Yes. After five years of operation, the companies plan to make their first distributions. Dividends depend on financial performance and shareholder approval at the annual general meeting.
How many investors are currently involved?
Around 260 across all properties.
Can shares be transferred or sold?
Yes, shares are transferable. We ask to be informed of any transfer so we can manage it without additional costs and maintain the curated nature of the investor circle.
How do I invest?
Sign the purchase agreement, send a signed copy, receive the countersigned agreement, transfer the investment amount, get entered into the share register, and receive an invitation to Konsento, our shareholder platform.
What is Konsento?
Konsento is the platform where shareholders access documents, receive updates, and participate in company communications.
How are investors kept informed?
Shareholders receive quarterly updates on hotel performance and key metrics, plus an annual financial report typically available in May or June.
What is the expected investment horizon?
This is a long-term investment. The buyback option becomes available after five years.
